PERSONAL USE LICENSE

The following applies to products marked for personal use only. It does not apply to commercial use products.

You MAY use our Digital Resources or physical resources in the following manner:

• For personal projects (including gifting an item)

• In educational materials for one-type usage with attribution

• Specifically for digital card downloads: You may print up to 20 copies of each card purchased to give as gifts. However, printed or electronic copy(s) of the card document(s) may not be part of a package, or given away as a free item, in commercial usage.

You may NOT

• Extract any parts of the items, including, but not limited, to fonts, text, images, elements or other parts, and use elsewhere in any manner, for commercial or personal use.

• Resell, re-distribute, or share our digital resources as-is in or in part. This personal use license is only valid for one person. You may not share the download with another person. They must purchase their own download.

• Display the document(s) or resources in whole or in part in any fashion for resale, advertisement, or otherwise, in electronic or physical form (Please email FMM for information about sharing on social media).

• Profit from the resources. You may not use resources, in full or part, on print-on-demand, mock-ups, as advertising, on signage, or on or within any item(s) created for resell - if you can profit financially in any manner from the use of these resources that entails commercial use and is prohibited.

• Claim copyrights or trademarks to the resources.

COMMERCIAL LICENSE

The following applies to any and all Firefly Mountain Marketplace products and resources on this site or elsewhere, including digital and/or physical products or their parts therein.

Firefly Mountain Marketplace products and/or resources, both digital, physical or otherwise, are granted no commercial license.

You may NOT Use our digital or physical resources or items:

• For or within commercial projects in part or in whole

• To resell, including downloading an unlimited number of projects with an unlimited number of sales

• On editable sites (like Canva, PhotoShop, Templett and Corjl).

• In or on stickers, books, calendars, etc. (physical, printable, and digital).

• To resell, re-distribute, or share our digital resources in any manner - you may not extract text, fonts, wording, images, elements or other parts and use elsewhere.

• Claim copyrights or trademarks to the resources.

• On print-on-demand sites (including but not limited to Printify, Amazon Merch, CafePress, Zazzle, etc.).

• In mass commercial production, defined as where you are working with a commercial production company to create something that will be mass produced and sold on a large scale.
